Private & Corporate Tours

Our tours are based out of Perth, WA. For private tours, we can pick you up from anywhere within a 60 minute radius of the City! Outside of this may incur a charge or not be possible. For regular tours, we pick up from the Crowne casino in the City. 

Everyday! Plain and simple.. it’s always a good idea to look ahead for weather, but if we have the capacity, we can make any day of the week work!

The process is simple, you let us know the time and place and we can then take a deposit (Usually $250). Once that is locked in, one of our wine tour experts will tailor your tour for you and come up with your itinerary to make your day truly magical!

You certainly can! Whilst our specialists are especially good at tailoring your day to your requirements, if you have a request or venue you’d like to throw in the mix, let us know and we can sort that out for you!

There really is no minimum during the week. However, do keep in mind that during weekend, we require a minimum of 8 people. We can consider less, but the cost per person will slightly increase to compensate. 

On weekdays, there really is no minimum. However, costs increase in accordance with a smaller number of people. Not sure? Shoot us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you.  

Unfortunately we don’t allow this. It can become extremely messy in our experience! Don’t let that put you off however… you will be tasting some amazing food on the day and won’t go hungry!

There are no requirements for proof of vaccination(s) or face masks needed, so just bring yourself and get ready for an AWESOME day!

We simply need to know how many people will be attending the tour 1-2 weeks before the tour. We can then send you the final invoice via email which is required one week before the tour date.

If you book within a week of a tour, we require the full cost upfront at the time of booking confirmation.

You sure can? On our tours, by the end of the day, it’s extremely common for people to have made great friends so don’t worry whatsoever. It will enhance your experience!

We operate whatever the weather! All of the wineries and restaurants have indoor areas (Or outdoor if you fancy that in the sun!).

We are a huge animal fan, but due to the other people on the tour who may not be/have allergies, we cannot take dogs unfortunately. Rare exceptions can be made on Corporate tours only.

There’s really no pressure to buy any wines on the tour whatsoever like other companies!

Should you LOVE the wines you try, most wineries can offer shipping, both domestic and international! You can of course buy 1 or 2 bottles along the way.

We can easily accommodate up to 22 people. However, we prefer intimacy so we regularly take tours in two buses in groups of up to 11. 

We love our bespoke touch and stick to the latter plan should numbers allow us to!
